Glowing Cream Smoothie

1 1/2 cup organic apple juice or 1 1/2 water
1 celery stick
1 cup spinach
1 cup kale
1 cup parsley
1/2 avocado
1 cup green grapes
1 cup ice

Peanut Butter Delight

1 1/2 cups Almond milk (my favorite, Silk Pure Almond in Original)
2 tbs. peanut butter (I recommend Laura Scudders Peanut Butter)
tip: Blend peanut butter in blender and pour back into jar for creamier consistency.
1 frozen Banana
2 tbs. honey
